• A contract for sale is formed when you confirm your purchase

• Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on most products. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Items marked as "Final Sale", worn items, and items without original packaging cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via bank transfer to your account.

5. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (available in select locations)

For bank transfers, payment details are provided at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We do not store your banking details.

6. Coupons and Promotions

Coupons may be earned through our games section or promotional campaigns. Terms for coupons:

• Most coupons expire 30 days after being issued
• Only one coupon can be used per order
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to cancel coupons obtained through fraud or manipulation
